We’ve been in business for 12 years on the internet, we have no retail shop, we are just a couple of semi-retired executives who have worked this thing for the love of fine fretted instruments.

If you are in the area and want to see a particular instrument, give us a call and we will be happy to meet you at our office.

 

All consigned item sales are final. All international sales are final. All amp sales are final.

 

Local pickup preferred.  We do not have a walk-in retail store but are happy to show you specific items by appointment.  Please call us at 803.606.0102 or email us at sales@vintageoneguitars.com to arrange an appointment.

 

All prices quoted are cash/bank wire discounted.  We prefer bank wire transfers. Cashiers Checks are subject to verification and could result in delays. All international sales are final and must be made by Bank Wire only. Layaways require a 20% non-refundable down payment with balance due in 4 weeks. Deposits to hold merchandise are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

 

Shipping Policies:

 

Buyer will pay actual shipping charges. Buyer is responsible for all loss or damage in shipping.

 

Return Policies:

 

We offer a 24 hour approval period after receipt of instrument (except International sales) to verify description of originality. You cannot return it for buyers remorse or because the wife found out or any of those kinds of reasons. Please call to arrange return within 24 hours after receipt if not as described and return authorization will be given. Buyer is responsible for the instrument during approval period. All returns must be insured and shipped at buyer’s expense in the same packing box. We will refund the selling price of the instrument as soon as we receive it in the same condition as it was sent to you. Shipping and related expenses are non-refundable. Refunds may be subject to a 5% restocking charge.
